Appointed by the SRC, the Business Academic Senator serves as a member of the University Senate and responsible for representing students’ interests. The BAS has the main role of liaising with Business students to address and communicate any issues regarding the student experience, while advocating on behalf of students.

Education Senator
Appointed by the SRC, the School of Education Senator serves as a member of the University Senate and is responsible for representing students’ interests. The SES has the main role of liaising with Education students to address and communicate any issues regarding the student experience, while advocating on behalf of students.
Graduate Student Senator
As a member of the Bishop’s University Senate, the Graduate Student Senator serves on the University Senate and is responsible for representing students’ interests, particularly those of students registered in graduate and certificate programs. The Senator’s main role is to liaise with students in graduate studies or certificate programs, to address and communicate any issues regarding the student experience, while advocating on behalf of students.
Humanities Senator
Appointed by the SRC, the Humanities Academic Senator serves on the University Senate and is responsible for representing students’ interests. The HAS main role is to liaise with Humanities students to address and communicate any issues regarding the student experience, while advocating on their behalf.
Natural Sciences Senator
Appointed by the SRC, the Natural Sciences Academic Senator serves on the University Senate and is responsible for representing students’ interests. The NSAS has the main role of liaising with the Natural Sciences students to address and communicate any issues regarding the student experience, while advocating on behalf of students.
