Safe Drive is a free drive-home service provided by the SRC for Bishop’s students. The service is designed to help students get home safely at the end of Gait nights. A residential address must be provided when using the service.
Students living off campus can use Safe Drive to get home from campus, while students living on campus can use the service to get home from an off-campus location. On Fridays, Safe Drive also offers off-campus to off-campus transportation for grocery runs.
Safe Drive operates alongside the GAIT and closes shortly after when the GAIT is not in service to allow students to get home safely.
Look for a Communauto car with a Safe Drive magnet attached!
