Hi Gaiters! My name is Leana and I am a third year Honours student in Sociology and Criminology. I am super excited to represent you and advocate for you all this year!
Besides being your Social Sciences Senator this year, I’m also one of the co-leads for the Sociology Society, chapter president for the Eta Chi chapter of Alpha Phi, and I work as a teaching and research assistant for Sociology faculty. As you can imagine, I spend a lot of time on campus and most of it is spent either at the Plex or the LLC studying, doing research or grading copies. Feel free to come say hi if you see me around!
My time at Bishop’s has been absolutely amazing and I am so excited I get to participate in making your time here just as lovely.
