Hi Gaiters! I’m Grace, a second-year Graduate Student in Sociology, and I am so excited to get to work for all of you as SRC President!
Last year, as Graduate Student Senator, I advocated for community building and professional development opportunities for students. As an undergraduate at Concordia, I served as President of SASU and the GLC, Finance Coordinator for ASFA, helped plan FROSH, and remain a proud sister of the Beta Pi chapter of Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority. Student representation has always been at the heart of everything I do, because every student deserves a seat at the table, especially those from equity-deserving communities.
As your President, my goal is to be the microphone that amplifies your voices to the administration. From affordability and campus safety to every other issue that matters most to our community, I want to make sure your voices are part of the conversation.
I am passionate about making sure everyone is heard, and I can’t wait to get to know students of all backgrounds, undergrads and grads alike. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with concerns, ideas, or just to connect and chat. I am committed to advocating for all of you and bringing our collective voice to the forefront of decision-making on campus. I look forward to a year of meaningful change, together.
You can always reach me at [email protected] or come find me during my office hours in the basement of the Student Union Building, MOU 018. I’d love to chat!
