My name is Mariana Rodriguez, and I am your Diversity & Inclusion Rep for the year 2024-2025! I am a second-year student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management. I was born in Mexico, but I have been living in Quebec for the past few years, which has given me the perfect opportunity to appreciate the different cultures that Canada has to offer. I am trilingual (I speak Spanish, English, and French) and am committed to creating an environment where every voice is not only heard but also valued. I want to build an inclusive community where every individual feels at home, equity is upheld, and inclusion serves as our foundation.
