Education Senator
Emily Miller
Hello Bishop’s! My name is Emily Miller, and I am your Education Senator this year! I am an out-of-province student in my 5th year of Elementary Education, with a minor in TESL. I am also a co-lead for the Big Buddies Program this year. I enjoy being present on campus, and my goal for this year is to help our Education department feel more like a community. I am looking to host Wine & Cheese nights, educational events with special guest speakers, and provide additional support for education students. By the end of the year, I would like to have a space for education students to socialize and collaborate, a peer-mentorship program for students, and host social nights for the Education department. I will be collaborating closely with the ECC, Education Community Club, to help support as many education students as we can. I look forward to a successful school year with everyone!
