Hi Gaiters!
My name is Felipe, and I am one of your 2026-2027 Directors. I am an international student from Peru in my fourth year, majoring in English, with a concentration in Film and Media Studies and a double minor in Arts Administration
And communications. Throughout my time at Bishop’s, I have been involved in many different parts of campus life. Over the past few years, I have served as an Event Coordinator with the SRC, Programming Coordinator for the Bishop’s Arts Festival, and Logistics Coordinator for the Bishop’s University Film Festival (BUFF). These experiences have given me the opportunity to work with students from across campus and contribute to events that bring our community together. Outside of academics, my interests include film, music, storytelling, and community building. Some of the best parts of the Bishop’s experience come from getting involved, meeting new people, and creating spaces where students can share ideas and connect through common interests. As a Director, my goal is to help ensure students feel heard and represented. Whether you have a concern, an idea, or simply want to chat about student life, please do not hesitate to reach out. I look forward to working alongside the rest of the Board and helping make this an exciting year for all Gaiters.
See you around campus!
