Hi everyone! My name is Martina, I am a 4th year Elementary Education major with a double minor in French and Psychology! I am originally from Ottawa, ON but have made Bishops and Lennoxville my new home for the past 4 years. This is my first year on the BSR but I am excited to see what I can accomplish as the School of Education Senator! Outside of academics and the SRC, I am also the one of the co-leads for the Big Buddies Club!
I look forward to working closely with the School of Education (SOE) student body, the SOE Faculty, the Practice Teaching Office and the SRC to implement and plan new initiatives for the SOE. As a senator, I sit on many committees, some of which on the Divisional level, and others on the university. For example the Practice Teaching Committee, the Appointments Committee and other meetings within the department as well as, Senate and other varied Senate Committee’s!
